Terms of Service

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to every user of the platform: buyer organisations, their team members, and suppliers participating through invitation links.

02Who we are

QuotationsHub ("we", "us", "the Service") is a procurement and Request for Quotation (RFQ) platform operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms govern access to and use of the Service at quotationshub.com and related subdomains.

03Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Administrator accounts must enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).

04What the service does

The Service lets buyers create RFQs, invite suppliers, collect and evaluate quotes, issue awards, and manage post-award contracts and work orders. Supplier participation through anonymous magic-link portals is supported and does not require a supplier account.

05Lawful commercial use

The Service is provided for legitimate commercial purposes only, in line with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You agree not to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
• probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
• submit fraudulent bids or misrepresent supplier identity.

06Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit (RFQs, quotes, documents, contracts). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

07Fees, billing and suspension

Fees, if any, are shown at sign-up, on our pricing page, or in a separate order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT and are non-refundable. We may change fees on 30 days' notice for renewal periods.

Subscriptions must be paid when due. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service, without prejudice to any other rights we hold.

08Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform — software, interface, design, documentation and brand — remain with QuotationsHub. Copying, redistribution or reuse is not permitted without our written consent.

09Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, we will retain data as required by law and delete it thereafter (see Privacy Policy).

10Disclaimers and purchasing decisions

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

We work for clarity and continuity, but we are not a party to the commercial relationship between buyer and supplier. Awards, purchasing decisions and the performance of any resulting contract are your responsibility.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SAR 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
