Suppliers never create an account. For every RFQ, the buyer sends you a private, single-use link by email that opens your quoting portal.

How it works

  1. 01

    You receive an invitation email

    The email comes from the buying organisation through QuotationsHub and contains one secure link for that RFQ only.

  2. 02

    Verify it is you

    Opening the link asks for a one-time code sent to the same email address, so only the invited contact can view the RFQ.

  3. 03

    Submit your quotation

    Price each line item in SAR. VAT at 15% and the total including VAT are calculated for you, ZATCA-ready.

  4. 04

    Track the award

    If you win, the same link gives you the purchase order, delivery confirmation and inspection steps until fulfilment.

What to have ready

  • Commercial Registration (CR) number
  • 15-digit VAT registration number
  • Unit prices in SAR and lead time in days per line item

Lost or expired link?

Links expire on the RFQ deadline and can only be opened by the invited contact. Ask your buyer contact to reissue the invitation — for security we cannot send a link to anyone who was not invited to that RFQ.

We will never ask for your password, bank details or IBAN. QuotationsHub has no supplier password to steal.
